We map a process in order to achieve what you want. We want a marketing strategy
that is aligned with the business, your budget & we make it work for you.

3. PLAN & STRUCTURE

Fail to plan, or plan to fail. We all want to be on the same page, we want
definition of what we’ll deliver & by when.

4. BUDGET & IMPLEMENTATION

We provide an estimated budget, upon refinement & approval, we implement
the plan, we communicate regularly, we review it against our plan & metrics,
we refine it as necessary.

5. MEASURE, REFINE, IMPROVE

Finally, we track everything we do, we check the numbers, analyse what they
mean, and establish what is required for improvement. We report regularly
and make strategic recommendations.
